The pricing is reasonable. However, the operator applied spot treatment to two areas before advising me of doing so. That then incurred extra costs on my end since spot treatment is 30$ for each spot. Informing the customer of an increase from the original estimate before services are rendered, I feel, is a fair business practice.
Overall I'm very pleased with the service and was satisfied seeing a respectful and clean looking professional to complete the services.
