“Our carpet cleaning franchise is proud to offer a service that fits the needs of both residential and commercial clients. Whether it’s a home, a high-rise office building, an airport, or a restaurant, our low-moisture methods are the perfect fit.”
Commercial cleaning is an important leg of the Oxi Fresh business model. After all, there’s a constant demand for commercial as the appearance of any business is key to its success. No one wants to shop in a dirty store, go to a restaurant with messy floors, or work in a dingy office. That means with the right attitude and approach, commercial work can be a major part of any franchise.
But how do you get to that point? How do you gain the knowledge and experience necessary to make reaching out to potential clients feel natural? That’s where Cameron Welch comes in.
Making Sales, Training Teams
With a long history in both customer service and sales, Mr. Welch has the know-how and drive to find clients and the skill to train others to do the same. In his role with Oxi Fresh’s corporate franchise, he’s acquired numerous clients. These range from multi-unit housing properties to large warehouses to office buildings and much more. Mr. Welch has done an excellent job not only bringing these clients to Oxi Fresh, but also maintaining positive relationships with them.
In the second part of his role, Mr. Welch teaches franchisees how to do the same. Whether it’s via training sessions with franchisees coming to our Home Office or just coaching calls, Mr. Welch breaks down the world of commercial business. He explains everything from how to approach potential clients, to how to best manage commercial cleaning jobs, to how to maintain positive business relationships for the long term.
“Getting into commercial can be a challenge for a brand new carpet cleaning franchise,” said Mr. Welch, “Beyond the basic questions of how to get the work and how to best manage clients, there’s also the challenge of learning to become a salesman, getting used to hearing potential clients say no, learning how to negotiate, etc. I’m here to help our franchisees learn how to do all that so they can add this important revenue steam.”
Leading Oxi Fresh’s Corporate Location
Mr. Welch’s other role with Oxi Fresh is running the corporate carpet cleaning franchise in Lakewood, CO. Running the original franchise location that also serves as a training franchise for new franchisees has been a great opportunity for Mr. Welch.
“It’s really an honor to guide Oxi Fresh’s first franchise location into future. I’m proud of the team I’m building at Denver and the high quality services we’re bringing to customers. Additionally, I’m always excited when I get to show new carpet cleaning franchisees the ropes during their Discovery Day training.”
