I had our entire house done about a week and a half ago, in preparation for listing it for sale. After it dried, it still looked dirty. I decided to clean a few \"spots\" with my carpet shampooer... I ended up re-doing the entire house! The guy showed up in a prius with barely any equipment... no real way to actual CLEAN... I should have known better. Very dissatisfied!

Brian was both professional and thorough. He arrived on time, cleaned the carpets including the stains and instructed us on safety precautions to use while the carpets dried. He answered all our questions and offered any further assistance if needed and requested. When the need arises, we will call him again and recommend him to our friends.
