I loved that someone answered the phone when I called. I got the appointment day and time that I needed. Price was good. I have pets and kids in the house so I like that it's natural and dries so quickly. Nick was the young man that cleaned the carpets. Great job and very professional and friendly. I have already recommended Oxi Fresh to a friend.

Q was amazing, was very polite and courteous. The booking department has to do a better job notifying clients if the service is going to be pushed back. We had to reach out to them to find out our appointment was pushed back 2 hours.
