When you need to rescue a carpet, save a sofa, or transforms tile and grout, there’s no one better than Rob White. Whenever the franchisees in our carpet cleaning company have questions, our Director of Cleaning Systems has the years of knowledge and experience to get them the answers that they need.

Before starting with Oxi Fresh, Mr. White earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Nazarene University in 1999. Upon graduating, he spent time playing professional basketball both in United States and across Europe and Asia. That time helped strengthen his leadership skills and develop a well-rounded worldview.

Joining the Oxi Fresh Team

Shortly after coming back to the United States, Rob started working with Oxi Fresh as it was just getting started in 2006. He was one of the first technicians for the company, where his hard work, commitment, and ability to quickly grasp the inner workings of cleaning chemistry were recognized. He was promoted to Director of Cleaning Systems in 2007.

Ever since then, Rob has been instrumental as Oxi Fresh continued to expand our service and product lines. Through his expertise, we’ve been able to bring upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, wood floor cleaning, odor control treatment, and more into our carpet cleaning company. Where we started with just two products, we now have a suite of powerful cleaning tools at the disposal of our franchisees.

Oxi Fresh’s Onboarding Specialist

In addition to helping guide our carpet cleaning company’s service systems, Rob is also the brand’s Onboarding Specialist. He helps train new franchisees both in our cleaning systems and in the various tools and programs we offer. It’s an important role and Rob is doing a great job.

“Whether it’s guiding a veteran franchisee through how to tackle a tough spot or training a new franchisee on our business support platform, I’m here to help them. I believe we have the best systems out there, and I want to make sure each and every franchisee gets the most out of Oxi Fresh.”

Outside of work, Rob loves spending time with his wife and four daughters. Mr. White is also volunteers as a basketball coach and works as a trainer, helping new players develop the fundamentals and guiding talented players towards successful careers.
