Oxi Fresh prides itself on its national Scheduling Center. Operated from our Home Office in Denver, Colorado, the Scheduling Center is responsible for answering our franchisees phone calls. They schedule appointments, answer questions, and make sure customers get best possible service.
Behind the Scheduling Center is none other than Kelli Harbaugh, our Director of the Scheduling Center. For years she made sure our Customer Service Representatives provide excellent customer service and that calls are answered quickly and efficiently.
Thanks to her efforts, Oxi Fresh can proudly say that the Scheduling Center is the real "Heart of the Business."
Part of the reason behind Kelli's amazing track record is her familiarity with every part of the Scheduling Center. In 2010, Kelli first began work as a CSR. Just nine months later, she was promoted to a Team Lead and, from there, became the Scheduling Center Manager in 2014. Now she leads her team with energy, experience and eagerness.
When she's not at work, Kelli loves spending time with her husband Scott and two sons, Jayden and Jace. They enjoy family time, DIY projects, and traveling.
