“Every day, our carpet cleaning franchise team is hard at work ensuring that we’re providing both franchisees and customers with superior service. That commitment to service has made Oxi Fresh what it is today.”
At Oxi Fresh, we award hard work and determination, and no one shows that better than Kris Antolak. Since his first day with Oxi Fresh, he’s demonstrated a total commitment to quality results, promoting efficient practices, and making the company a true success. Those qualities led him to grow by leaps and bounds within the company, starting in our Scheduling Center and becoming our Vice President in just a few years.
Before he joined our carpet cleaning franchise company, Mr. Antolak was a graduate of Maranatha Christian Center, and he attended Front Range and Metro State. During that time, Kris worked in the customer service industry, sharpening the skills that would prove invaluable at Oxi Fresh.
He joined our company in 2009, starting as a Customer Service Representative in our Scheduling Center. Mr. Antolak was quick to move up the ladder, though, and was named a Quality Assurance Supervisor the same year. In 2010, Kris was leading the team as the Scheduling Center Manager, and then he was promoted to being the Scheduling Center’s Director.
Strengthening the Heart of the Business
During this time, Kris worked hard to really make the “Heart of the Business” as strong as it could be. He took a hard look at the practices of the carpet cleaning franchise’s call center and then revolutionized them. He changed policies, did away with certain systems and implemented new ones, improved training, redid the scripts, and put new quality control methods in place. All of these changes made the Scheduling Center far more efficient and service focused.
“The Scheduling Center is where it all started for me,” said Kris, “and it’s also where it all starts for the customer. Save for marketing, the Scheduling Center is their first real interaction with our brand, and it’s definitely their first person-to-person interaction. I worked to make that process as friendly and professional as possible, as well as ensuring that the calls are efficient and we get all the information we need for our carpet cleaning franchisees.”
Kris’s interest in the brand didn’t stay solely in the Scheduling Center. Kris opened a carpet cleaning franchise in 2010 in Ohio, then a second location in 2012. In 2013, Kris opened three more locations in Colorado. He’s successfully sold these locations to other entrepreneurs who are now proud members of the Oxi Fresh team.
“If you believe in something, you buy into it,” Kris said, “and I believe in Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning. I set up several different franchises in different states and was able to build them up and sell them. It was a great investment.”
Towards the end of 2013 – just four years into his time with Oxi Fresh – Kris was named the Director of Franchise Development. Through hard work and updated best practices, he led Oxi Fresh to one of their best sales years ever, pushing the company to even higher levels of growth.
By 2014, Kris’s success and determination led him to a new promotion – Vice President. Since then, Kris has been helping build up our Management Team, leading projects, and guiding the brand to future growth.
“I can’t say how proud I am to have come this far with Oxi Fresh,” Kris said, “When I first started here at the ground level, the company was still pretty young. Over the years, I’ve worked to strengthen our brand by both providing our cleaning franchisees with the support they need and by helping entrepreneurs find the right carpet cleaning franchise opportunity in Oxi Fresh. I look forward to continuing my work to make Oxi Fresh the best it can be.”
Outside of the office, Kris loves spending time with this friends and family, whether that’s playing basketball, watching a Broncos game, or just having a meal together. Kris is married to his wife Jolene and his three wonderful children – Brady, Brooke, and Bentley.
