Local Couple Opens Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning Business in Paradise

Noah and Shannon Mitchell Bring Eco-Conscious Carpet Cleaning Service to Paradise, Nevada
Paradise residents and business owners have a new carpet cleaning company serving the area with the opening of Oxi Fresh of Paradise, locally owned and operated by Noah and Shannon Mitchell.
The husband-and-wife team is launching the business in a territory that includes an estimated 100,000 to 115,000 residents. Their new operation will provide Oxi Fresh’s low-moisture carpet cleaning service to both residential and commercial customers across the community.
For the Mitchells, the new location marks the latest step in a business journey shaped by years of customer-service experience and a shared interest in building something of their own. Noah Mitchell said the couple was drawn to franchise ownership because it offered a defined operating model while still allowing them to take charge of their future and shape the business themselves.
Strong Service Foundation
Both owners bring extensive management experience to the venture. Noah Mitchell began working at McDonald’s when he was fourteen and spent 23 years with the company, eventually overseeing multiple stores as a manager. After relocating to Las Vegas in 2016, he moved into the cleaning industry, first as an area manager for a cleaning company and later, in 2022, as a business owner alongside Shannon.
Shannon Mitchell’s background includes more than two decades in retail management. Over the years, she held roles with Joann Fabrics, Pier 1, and Bed Bath & Beyond. Together, the Mitchells have spent the past four years operating their own cleaning business, giving them direct experience with scheduling, customer communication, and maintaining consistent service.
Franchising at Oxi Fresh
Before deciding on Oxi Fresh, the couple spent about six months reviewing franchise options. Noah Mitchell said the brand stood out because its approach matched the kind of company they wanted to build together. He pointed to the company’s low-water cleaning method, centralized marketing support, and technology systems as key reasons they chose the brand.
Oxi Fresh is known for a carpet cleaning process that uses significantly less water than traditional steam cleaning while still producing effective results and shorter dry times. The method is designed to be family-friendly, pet-friendly, and more environmentally conscious than conventional alternatives.
At launch, the Mitchells plan to operate with one vehicle and perform the work themselves while they gain experience with the system and establish the business locally. As the company evolves, they hope to expand by adding technicians and additional vehicles, with an emphasis on maintaining service quality over the long term.
Noah Mitchell said the couple’s immediate focus is on delivering strong customer service and building trust in the community. They also hope the business will create opportunities for others over time and become a dependable local presence in Paradise.
