Step 1
We begin by inspecting the floor that you want us to clean. During this inspection, we will find where the grime, dirt, and oils are accumulating and get a sense of the overall condition of the floor.
Step 2
Vacuuming the hardwood floor will remove grit and debris that could damage the floor during the cleaning process. We also want to remove anything our solutions won’t break down.
Step 3
The OF2000 hardwood floor cleaning machine applies a pretreatment solution to the thickest layers of grime on the floor. This enzyme-infused cleaning agent will break down the grime, dirt, and oils without doing any damage to the hardwood.
Step 4
The OF2000 will then be used alongside our core cleaning solution to ensure that the entire hardwood floor is clean.
Step 5 (Optional)
Once we are finished, if you’ve ordered it, we can apply a protectant. Oxi Fresh uses a semi-gloss temporary urethane coating. This will help keep grime off of your floor for months, maybe even over a year depending on foot traffic.
