I want to thank Phillip for his service on my rug! The appointment was easy to make. They fit me in when my schedule permitted. He was prompt and it took no time at all to see the dirt lifted and the beautiful rug shine through. I have no hesitation recommending Phillip/Oxi Clean to friends and family. Thank you!

The cleaning process went just as discussed and it was great to only have to wait about 1 hour for the carpeting to dry in every room that had airflow. The carpets smelled clean and felt clean. We were able to get our furnishings back in place before the end of the day.
