Right Off the Bat – Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning

Just wanted to let you know how happy I am with OXIFRESH and Nelson Figueroa.  I had carpet that was stained because of my dog while he was ill and I was not sure it could be really clean.  Nelson came to my house promptly on time, we walked through the area with him explaining what was possible.  I had several area rugs that I had included in my request and he looked at them.  For each one he explained that because of the content he was not able to clean them.  He gave me a good education about what my rug was made of, explained the pattern, and told me why it could not be cleaned the Oxifresh way. One was an oriental rug and he referred me to a company that could do that.Nelson was sincere, took the time to inform me so that I could learn about the process and some of the detail associated with cleaning process.  He was cordial, kind to my furry children, professional in every way.  I must say it was the most successful service call I have had in a long time.  My son had referred me to Oxifresh and I am glad he did.  I learned a lot and was appreciative of Nelson's demeanor.
