Littleton, CO - Tile and Grout Cleaning
When properly maintained, tile and grout can be a beautiful addition to any home. When not maintained with Littleton tile and grout cleanings, they can quickly become a detriment. Grout collects dirt and oils and a thin film of grime can build on the surface of the tiles, making them look dirty and ugly.
Even if you vacuum and mop regularly, this build-up will eventually occur. Soap scum, dirt, and other debris can all collect on your tile and grout over time. Thankfully, Oxi Fresh Littleton Carpet Cleaning can erase the clinging dirt and oils with our powerful cleaning system. We’ll get your floors looking grand again.

The Oxi Fresh Method of Cleaning
If you’ve never had Littleton tile and grout cleaning, you may not know what to expect. How exactly do we break apart the film on the tile? How do we free the grout from absorbed oils and dirt?
Let’s take a look at the process your technician will follow:
Step 1: Examination
In order to deliver professional results, an inspection of the tile and grout is made. This will identify areas that need more attention.
Step 2: Pre-Clean
The next step is to vacuum the tile and grout, removing any surface debris that would interfere with the cleaning process and act as an abrasive during treatment.
Step 3: Stone Cleaner
To break down the dirt and oils in the grout, we will apply the Oxi Fresh Stone Cleaner to the floor.
Step 4: Cleaning Machine
Depending on the size of the job, we’ll use the OF1000 or OF2000 to scrub the tile and grout, further breaking apart the clinging oils and grime.
Step 5: Clean-Up
Now that the tile is free from the dirt, we’ll extract the spent product and grime, returning your tile and grout to a beautiful appearance.
If your technician encounters any hard to remove grime on your grout lines, they can also treat it with our Oxi Restore process, a powerful cleaning method that will get the job done.
(Optional) Step 6: Protectant
We’re proud to offer an additional service for our clients – a grout protectant that will help keep that porous material from absorbing spots and spills. It’s a great way to protect your investment both in the floor and in the cleaning you just received.
