I really wish I had done my research before I had them come and do the job. How can you clean carpet or remove pet stains without a carpet cleaning unit?? So you put chemicals on the carpet, and then really what happens? It makes your carpet look good for a day. Their sanitizer smelled like watered down pine sol. For maybe 8 hours. Then it smelled worse than it did before they were in. I Think this is A total scam!! So if you have pet stains, I recommend another company. Or do it yourself with vinegar, water, and baking soda.
