If you are interested in booking a cleaning but don’t know what to expect, we have you covered. Here is our process:
Step 1 – We begin with an inspection. This allows us to plan for a thorough cleaning and discover any areas which require extra detailing, and share with you what the cleaning will entail.
Step 2 – With our specialized cleaning equipment, we proceed to completely vacuum the floors to ensure no loose debris will act as an abrasive during the cleaning process.
Step 3 – Using our dedicated cleaning machine, the OF2000, we apply a pretreatment solution with a combination of application, agitation, and extraction. This breaks up all the dirt and provides the necessary foundation for a complete service.
Step 4 – We then use our core cleaning solution with the OF2000 machine to complete the removal of all dirt, grime, oil, or anything else soiling the floor.
Step 5 (Optional) – After your hardwood floor is fully cleaned, you have the option to apply a temporary protective urethane coating for a beautiful semi-gloss finish that lets you go longer between cleanings.
