How We Clean
At Oxi Fresh, we use a simple, five-step routine to make sure that we never miss anything and always get the high-level results we are known for.
Step 1: We begin by inspecting the piece you want us to clean, finding out where dirt and grime are accumulating. We will also take note of any damage, and let you know what we find.
Step 2: Next, we will apply our enzyme-powered pretreatment solution to the entire piece we are cleaning. This will begin to break down the grime that is trapped on the delicate upholstery.
Step 3: We will now use the Oxi Pro upholstery-cleaning machine to gently wash and rinse the piece while extracting the debris.
Step 4: Once we are done with that, we want to protect the furniture against residues and water stains, so we apply an encapsulating rinse. This will protect your upholstery as it dries.
Step 5: Finally, we will groom the piece and then set up fans to encourage faster drying.
