We will then use our Oxi Stone Cleaner. This product is tile-safe but it is very effective at breaking down dirt and grime on the floor.

Step 4
After that, we scrub the tiles with our cleaning machine. This will help the Oxi Stone Cleaner as it breaks up dirt and grime.

Step 5
We then thoroughly extract the solution we’ve used. If we found any grout with heavy soiling, we'll use our Oxi Restore. This process is tailored to treat the toughest of grout stains.

Once we’re done, the floors should look fantastic! That’s your tile and grout cleaning all wrapped up!

Step 6 (Optional)
Once we're done with the main steps of our cleaning, you can select an additional service. Our grout protectant is able to shield the porous material of grout from absorbing new stains. We strongly recommend adding this service.
