If you’ve never had Oxi Fresh clean your upholstery, you might be wondering how we do it. This should give you an idea of what to expect from your cleaning appointment with us.

Step 1
An inspection of the piece you want to be cleaned is the first thing we do. This allows our technician to see what areas need the most work, but also to give you an idea of what we can accomplish. We will also note any areas that are damaged.

Step 2
A pretreatment solution is applied to the furniture; the enzymes in this product will get to work right away, breaking down areas of absorbed dirt and oils.

Step 3
We now clean your upholstery with our upholstery cleaning equipment. This machine will both rinse the furniture, which flushes out the broken down dirt, and then extract that rinse water and the now loose dirt. When we finish, the furniture should look lovely.

Step 4
Now we treat the furniture with our encapsulating rinse. It will work to prevent the formation of water marks and residues.

Step 5
Once we are finished cleaning, your technician will groom the furniture and set up fans that help speed up the drying process.
