Our Process

Oxi Fresh follows a multi-step method when we carry out our Englewood tile and grout cleaning. Each step helps to ensure our cleaning is effective and efficient.

Here's an overview of what to expect during your appointment.

Step 1: Examination
Your technician will start by inspecting your floor. We'll be looking for areas with heavy soiling that might need extra attention. Once we're done, we'll share our findings with you.

Step 2: Pre-Clean
Next, your technician will vacuum the tile and grout. We do this to remove any surface-level grit that could damage the floor during the cleaning process.

Step 3: Core Cleaning Solution
We then apply the Oxi Stone Cleaner to the tile and grout. This solution breaks down dirt and oils using the power of oxygen

Step 4: Agitation
After the product has had time to work, we’ll thoroughly agitate the floors with our special cleaning machines. This breaks up the dirt even more and gets it ready for removal.

Step 5: Extraction
In our last step, we’ll extract the dirty water and leave you with fresh, clean floors.

Please note that, if you have severely soiled grout lines, we may also use our Oxi Restore solution. This stronger product is specially designed to rescue grout lines.

Grout Protectant (Optional)
At the end of the Englewood tile and grout cleaning appointment, we can also apply a special protectant to your grout lines. This product will help protect that porous material from spots and stains.
