I never got an email confirming my appointment. Tech was suppose to show up at 12pm. I waited until 1:30 and never got a phone call updating me on the status. I called the company and I was told that the tech got in an accident and would not be showing up. I never received any communication from your company, from the time I initially made the appointment to the time I called to see why the tech didn’t show up at 12pm. Then I ask when I can make another appointment and I’m told there is a 2 week wait. Not much you can do to make that right. I just won’t be using your company again.
