The rugs are not as clean. They look like they were well vacuumed. Not as clean as when we have used other companies very disappointed personally a waist of money.

Richard was extremely professional and friendly. We had some very bad pets stains. He assessed and determined the spots required steam cleaning. He made a recommendation for the basement. He cleaned five other rooms and did a great job!
