Booked a move out cleaning a month in advance and on the day of the cleaning (I was already out of state as active duty military family) my tenant informed me after waiting almost two hours that they didn’t show up. When I call Ed I was told somehow the technician had a day off for a doctor’s appt. No one would be coming.

I am honestly very disappointed. I’ve used a few other carpet cleaning companies in the past and decided to try this company out because I was told on the phone that my wool rug could be cleaned.
Upon arrival the gentleman who did the service said it couldn’t be done and explained why. I appreciated his honesty but I should have been told this ahead of time.
The carpets & sofa were cleaned thoroughly, but it didn’t even look like anything was done to them.

Charles was extremely personable and professional. He was honest about certain rugs that were not recommended to be cleaned using the Oxi Fresh cleaning system. He was able to nicely clean one of our area rugs, and he did an amazing job.
