I expected the darker areas of my carpet that are heavy traffic areas to get clean but they are still darker. The pictures on your website show it cleaned heavy traffic areas completely but mine isn’t cleaned like that. CK. - Springfield, VA - 08/03/2023

I made an appointment for yesterday (07/24) at 4 pm. After waiting for one hour and no call from the technician, I called the customer service number where I spoke with a nice gentleman named Drew. Drew apologized for the delay and called the technician to find out his status. He mentioned that the technician was held up at the previous job but soon he will be calling me to let me know when he's on his way. That didn't happen. I waited 45 min and called back again. Again I spoke with Drew which at this time put me on a brief hold and once he got back on the phone stated that he has talked to the owner and she assured him the technician will be on his way that was still running late. 45 min later and still no technician. I called again and Drew tried to call the technician again but no answer from him. Drew apologized and offered to re-schedule the appointment since he didn't know what exactly was going on. I decided to wait a little longer just in case. I called back again at 7 pm and this time I spoke with a female customer service representative. I can't remember her name. She put me on a brief hold and when she came back on the phone said the technician was at my house at 4 pm and since no one answered, he left. That is a complete lie. I explained to her that I have been at home all day. She proceeded to say I made a mistake at the time of the appointment when I entered my phone number and the technician had the wrong number. I doubt that was the case. I said, he could have knock on the door, which she replied the technician did and no one answered and left. Another lie. I have a ring camera and no one was at the door. Once I told her that, she changed her tone and said she's only repeating what the technician told her. She offered to reschedule the appointment which I refused. I refuse to ever do business with this company. She was argumentative instead of sympathetic and helpful. She mentioned she was going to let her manager know and they were going to review the phone calls because all the calls are recorded and I hope they did that way they will see what was said during those calls with Drew and with her. She assured me the manager will get in touch with me which of course didn't happen. I don't know how in this time and age some people can run companies this way. I am sure this company has been great for some customers but for me, it was terrible specially for the way the female customer service was arguing and blaming me for a mistake that I doubt it was true.
