I had a confirmed appointment for 5:00 on Tuesday, 4 July. No one ever showed. At 5:15 I started calling phone numbers. The number sent in the text confirmation that said to use if I had any questions doesn’t work. It goes straight to “this number is not set up to receive phone calls”. There was a separate text that sent a contact entry with a different local number that also didn’t reach anyone. I tried every local and National number I could find and sent messages on OxiFresh socials. Nothing. The next day still nothing on the local numbers I was given but reached someone at a main company line. They got someone else scheduled to come out later that day. No apology, no discount offered, no attempt at contrition. My family is in the process of moving out of the house, we are extremely strapped for time and I wasted over an hour at the house waiting on a service that never came and trying to reach anyone. I had tenants moving in the next day and had to delay their move in to get the carpet cleaned a day later than planned. I assumed at some point, someone would reach out and explain what happened with the original scheduled appointment.

Did not get the dirt out of carpet, leaving dark and light spots, then sent technician to fix the problem, which he did not do. This company does not stand behind its work and would not remediate the problem it created.
