Whitney was amazing. Never gad carpets and sofas cleaned by someone who took such a care in what they were doing. Upstairs rug has not looked this good in years. Her cleaning on the sofas was impeccable. Very professional and friendly also

1. Be more diligent about alerting us to (a) cancellations, (b) time of actual arrival, and (c) lateness of more than 10 minutes.
2. Get rid of the "tip" line on the bill. This is sleazy, cheap and dishonest.

No one came at the scheduled time.
The number listed on the text said that it was not set up to receive messages.
I called the main contact phone number and explained what happened, or didn't happen. She said that she would check it out and call me back.
When I spoke to her later (now an hour after the scheduled time) she was apologetic and said that she would call the boss of the person who was supposed to clean the carpet. At that point I told her that I was canceling the appointment.
This is the third time I've had problems with scheduling someone from Oxifresh to clean my carpets. When I first started with Oxifresh I got excellent service. The service man was called Victor. I assume that he no longer works for Oxifresh. That's too bad. You've lost my custom.

No call, no show. Two days in a row. I had to call the first appointment and your company didn’t even know that your tech hadn’t shown up. Sundays your office is closed so I couldn’t get anyone on the phone. I shouldn’t have to chase someone for my business.
