Step 1
We will begin your appointment by conducting an inspection of the floor that needs cleaned. During this inspection we will locate the areas of the floor with the thickest layers of dirt and oil.
Step 2
Vacuuming the floor comes next and we do this for two reasons. The first is that we want to remove anything our solutions won’t break up. The second is to remove any grit or debris that could become abrasive to your floor.
Step 3
Pretreatment begins when we apply an enzyme-powered formula to the thickest layers of dirt and oil. This formula breaks up the layers without harming the floor underneath.
Step 4
Our core cleaning solutions and the OF2000, a revolutionary cleaning machine, will be used on your floor. This combination will ensure no areas of your floor are left dirty when we are finished.
Step 5 (Optional)
Once we have finished cleaning, if you order it, we can apply a protectant to your hardwood floor. We use a semi-gloss temporary urethane coating. This will help keep your hardwood clean for months after we are done.
