The man who came was very friendly. He was right on time. He seem to be doing everything right however, there were several stains on the rug that did not come out. My husband went down with his carpet cleaner and was able to get the stains out so we were disappointed that he had to take the time and effort to do what we paid what I feel is a very high price over $230.
