The man who came was very friendly. He was right on time. He seem to be doing everything right however, there were several stains on the rug that did not come out. My husband went down with his carpet cleaner and was able to get the stains out so we were disappointed that he had to take the time and effort to do what we paid what I feel is a very high price over $230.

Wasn't satisfied at all - my expectations were already high because the owner did such an amazing job the first time. Technician said it was the carpet. He was able to get the stains out but heavily traveled areas looked worse!

The products work - ACTUALLY WORK. My home had pet stains & high traffic areas and Tate did an AMAZING job! My home is now clean & odor free! Thanks for your help!
