How We Clean Hardwood

Step 1
First, we'll start by examining the floor that you want us to clean. We'll be looking for areas of damage or soiling that might need special focus.

Step 2
We'll then vacuum the hardwood floor. We need to remove any large debris from the surface that our products won’t dissolve and could otherwise interfere with the cleaning process.

Step 3
Next, we’ll treat the floors with our pretreatment solution; we’ll apply this product using the OF2000. This amazing piece cleaning kit not only applies the solution, but it will also scrub the floors and then suck up the product. This allows the solution to do its work while also guarding the wood from being exposed to too much water.

Step 4
We’re not done with the OF2000 yet. We’ll now use it to clean the floors with our follow up solution. Once we’re done with this product, your floors should be back to looking beautiful!

Step 5 (Optional)
Once we're done with the main stages of cleaning, you'll have the option to select an additional service. Our Oxi Floor Refinisher can add a lovely semi-gloss finish to your floor.
