How We Clean
Oxi Fresh uses a 5-step process for all East Tampa Bay wood floor cleanings. This has been developed over years of experience and research.

Step 4 – The OF2000 continues being used, but this time it will apply our core cleaning solution to the floor. As the solution takes effect, the OF2000 simultaneously extracts anything on the surface of the floor, leaving them deeply cleaned.
Step 5 (Optional) – With the cleaning over, if you order it, we can now apply Oxi Floor Refinisher. This leaves a semi-gloss urethane coating on the floor.
