First and foremost I must say that the owner Matt who is the one who actually does your cleaning service is one of the most kindest, honest and knowledgeable person in this business! He is on top of his schedule and is on time, even a few minutes early. As well as giving me a quick call the day of appointment as a reminder.
I strongly believe anyone who takes great pride in their work just as Matt does you have found yourself a company you will utilize for as long as you reside in the area which is served! And believe me I have a lot of cleaning for Matt lol! Matt also takes the time to explain each step of the process for cleaning my upholstery or carpets. He literally made my 7 year old couch look just as amazing as it did the day it was delivered! I knew it was going to be a hard job but had no idea it was going to have him break a sweat! I kinda felt bad. And he had his set rates and because my couch had him working so hard he did not raise the prices. And you know what he probably could have absolutely done this! This is an example of his honesty. I did tip him as he most definitely deserved it! (for the record ‘no’ tipping is not a must but it is a wonderful way to give an extra thanks)!
His prices you cannot beat! I had made 2 calls to quote my 5 piece microfiber modular sectional before reaching Oxi. The 1st company wanted $375 ????, 2nd wanted $275 and Oxi Fresh wanted $175 or $200 I can’t remember exactly. Did i go with Oxi Fresh because of the lowest price ummmm yeah I did! But you know what I am beyond pleased with my choice and will never regret it!
I highly and strongly recommend giving Oxi Fresh a call for your next cleaning service! I promise you, PROMISE you will not be disappointed!!!
