How We Clean Carpets

Step 1
An inspection is the first thing we do upon arriving. This allows us to identify the areas of the carpet that we will need to target with additional cleaning to get the entire carpet clean.
Step 2
Pretreatment is the next step. We apply an enzyme to the areas of the carpet that are the most soiled. This enzyme is safe and gentle for the carpet but eats through the grime that has become embedded in your carpet fibers.
Step 3
Now we apply our core cleaning solution to the entire carpet. This solution does two things: first it breaks up dirt and oils, then it encapsulates debris in micro-crystals.
Step 4
We will now use our OF1000, a revolutionary carpet cleaning machine, to agitate the fibers of your carpet. This accelerates the cleaning process and ensures we don’t waste your time while cleaning.
Step 5
To finish up, your carpet will be groomed and vacuumed.
Step 6 (Optional)
At this point, if you’ve ordered it, we can apply a polymer-based protectant. This coats the fibers of your carpet and keeps them safe from the accumulating dirt and oils of regular use.
