Brandon was 3 hrs late, but explained "unexpected situation at previous stop" so I was willing to except his explanation and apology! He did an excellent job with my 15 yr old carpet and the paths. (seeing I'm 94 yrs old, I chose not to change anything) I am amazed at how well the "paths" have held up-he explained how the 'fibers" split and cause the wear-
Anyway, I've been boasting the attention he paid to his job here. Thank you, if I'm still here in the future, I'll call you again.

Seeing I had trouble with setting up my appt on line, I'll called the phone #, and SHE was pleasant and helpful, also.
