I told the guy when he arrived i had a room that was our main focus with stains etc. our carpet is dark you can't SEE them. but I made it clear. and did the add on for odor. at that time woudl have been a great time for him to say, you should add on the stain formula.
there was a film left behind. on the carpet and the doors/walls. the carpet is crunchy.
i paid $450 and your response to my feedback to get this fixed. is embarassing. I am a small business owner. i understand the importance of paying for services and i also understand the importance of taking care of customers. i should have listed to all your poor reviews ...but alas. i didn't. i've asked for a fix of ONE SPACE...because the others are on me, i should have not booked online. maybe i would have understood the services better. but you aren't interested in making this right, in a manner that i feel is appropriate. i reserved my google review until i attempted to talk to you. but here we are.

The technician did not work good job and he is resistive not accept comments.
