The Oxi Clean process did not clean the carpet as expected. It made a complete mess. I should get my money back. I could have done a better job by renting a machine from Home Depot and saving money as well. I sent the picture of dirty carpet to the local agent for review and comment. I have not heard from her. The equipment that the technician had did not pick up the dirt; it just spread it around the carpet.
