Fast and friendly service. We were very impressed with the same day service with such short notice to get our carpet cleaned. The drying time was much faster than anybody else that we used in the past. We will highly recommend this service to family and friends.

While I was appreciative of being able to be schedule an appointment for day of, I was greatly disappointed in the result. I was told he got 90 percent of the stains out - I would say less than 30 percent. When he left a friend came over with her own steam cleaner and we filled it 3 times with muddy water before we were done. The technician worked on it for less than 15 minutes. My normal carpet cleaners work on that room at least an hour (chem dry and pure clean) Incredibly dissatisfied with service. To be fair to him I think the equipment is very sub par. In addition the technician had me send a venmo and then came back and told me I needed to send it to a different person. His boss put him in a bad position.. I did not send an additional venmo as my original one was completed. The only thing you could do if you really want make is right is to refund my money.
By the way this is the first bad review I have ever given to anyone.

I needed a last-minute cleaning before moving from my apartment and the girl doing scheduling was very efficient and accommodating in making a next-day appointment. The cleaner arrived a little early, was friendly and did a good job.
