The carpet was not washed at all all they did was spray some kind of chemical on my carpet and used a machine to spread it out claiming the chemical cleans the carpet which is ridiculous to me I paid for a service that wasn’t done and now I find myself still having a dirty carpet and having the hardest time getting answers from the company to send someone back to my home to Fix this issue.

The person providing the services was 2 hours late. Tje carpet still looks dirty. Upon talking to the services person about the carpet still looking dirty and that it was not the cleaning that I expected, he told me that they did not provide steam cleaning and that he wished that the sales person would explain that to people. The corners 9f the carpet look like they have not been touched.
I hired a service because I need the carpets to look good for dealing. Honestly, I could has done a better job with my personal carpet cleaner.
