The cleaner person came one hour late, besides that he was complaining all the time about the hair that was falling because we have a disease that make us loosing our hair and this was very disappointed for us.
Also, he did not clean deep and he just cleaned the corners and places that has really bad spots.

Timothy was very professional and tried real hard to get any stains out of our carpets. He took the necessary time to clean the carpet thoroughly. And I like the oxi product and think it’s better than many chemicals used by other carpet cleaning services.

I went out of my way to optimally prep all 6 rooms to be cleaned.
The scheduled tech texted me late the night before telling me that he would be 1 hour late. Then the next morning, when he was later than the 1 hour, he texted to say that he was going to be late. Later, he texted that he was on the way (would be arriving >1 1/2 hrs later). 15 mins later, he texted to say that the truck blew a tire and he would have to reschedule.
No one called me back to reschedule (no customer service recovery).
I called to advise what happened 2 wks later; and was told that the Owner would call me. I was never called.
