I ran into a hiccup at first with scheduling but, the owner quickly resolved the issue. That meant a lot to me!
I use a carpet cleaning every year and I’ve never been fully satisfied with the “after” but I have to say that 1 man came out and spent a few hours cleaning my carpets and it’s honestly the BEST job I’ve ever seen done!
I’m a pretty picky old lady, but this was an exceptional personal service. Kudos to the owner, I have and will continue sharing my experience with my family & friends!

Whitney was amazing. Never gad carpets and sofas cleaned by someone who took such a care in what they were doing. Upstairs rug has not looked this good in years. Her cleaning on the sofas was impeccable. Very professional and friendly also

1. Be more diligent about alerting us to (a) cancellations, (b) time of actual arrival, and (c) lateness of more than 10 minutes.
2. Get rid of the "tip" line on the bill. This is sleazy, cheap and dishonest.
