I have used you 2 time before. I don't know if a different product was used in the pass, I don't think it worked that well on some of the stains in one of my rooms like it has before.

I had my carpets done on Sept 2,2021.The service agent was late due to traffic. I had four rooms cleaned. The carpets looked worse after they finished. They did not remove any stains and in areas the carpet looks streaky. They were at my house less than an hour and the job they did was horrible. I have tried to speak to someone about this but all I get is an answering machine. I will never use this company again and I would not recommend them to anyone. A total rip off. It's a wonder they are still in business.

The carpet dries very quickly. Imbedded stains are gone. One carpet I thought would need to be replaced was brought back to life by the Oxyclean solution. Oxyclean is an exceptional carpet cleaning service.

I was very satisified with the work and especially the cost. I did not watch the work, but I was informed that he did not move any furniture to clean. While that was acceptable to me for this job, I would recommend that another person assist in moving some furniture while the other does the cleaning. That way a more thorough job would get done even if you would charge more. I like the cleaning process.
