I would like percentage reimbursement of the total cost for the inconvenience caused by items listed below.
Technician arrived 1hr 30mins late from expected start times causing us to wait and Impact our work.
The machine left scratches on the bottom of my walls with new paint.
The machine cannot even clean corners because it's too large so we had to do all the edges and corners by hand.
The vacuum broke and was not cleaning up all the dust clumps.
The technician did not have the stronger spot cleaner solution in their car so came back in the evening impacting our evening schedule.
The strong spot cleaner did not clean the spots and stains. The dark spot is now smeared or spread to the other nearby areas.
It may use less water but, the machine and the oxi cleaning solution does not do a thorough carpet cleaning job compared to other carpet cleaning approaches.

Carpet was only damp when technician finished cleaning. Completely dry within a few hours. Technician was excellent.
