Tim, the young gentleman who came to our home was FABULOUS! He was respectful, professional, knowledgeable, diligent and kind. I would recommend him to anyone! He is a keeper for sure.
However, the young lady who made our appointment for us was quite disappointing. I gave her specific instructions on what I needed done and she assured me it could be done. But with your equipment it couldn’t.
So, while I’m happy with the part that was completed, I’m very disappointed that the rest wasn’t.

I was scheduled for carpet cleaning at 8 am, today. One hour later no technician has arrived. When I called I was told the appointment was cancelled and then I was told the operator could not get in touch with the technician. Only one attempt to reach the technician was made. I was told only the owner can resolve my complaint and I was provided the owner's phone number. Upon calling, the owner did not answer and their voicemail was full. I called the 877 number again and again was told only the owner can assist. When asked how can the owner assist when I can't get in touch with the owner, I was just given an apology. Unacceptable customer service. This used to be a good company, with good service. Used them for many years, but recently customer service has gone down hill

The job was done very well but there was a problem with scheduling...I was told I had a 9am appointment but it conflicted with a month-end staff meeting so the technician did not arrive until 11am.
