Our original appointment was for 9:00am. The night before the appointment I received this text from Claudio “Hi, I was calling you about the Carpet Cleaning tomorrow,I’m gonna be coming from like Reston so it’s kind of far from you so probably I’m probably gonna be there so I’m not going to be there at 9 am i’m just letting you know I am coming but it’s gonna be more like 10 or 10:30 am maybe even 11 but I don’t think so I will try to do my best to get as earliest as I can but don’t worry I will go there okay?thank you very much !!I was trying to call you but there was no answer,thanks again.I will see you tomorrow”, I replied that we had other appointments and that 10:00 would be the alright, he agreed. 10:00 came and went, no call, no text, no Claudio. At 10:35 I called the main appointment number, was told we were his first appointment of the day, they tried to reach him with no luck. We were able to reschedule with another technician,Timothy, who was able to come later that day and did a fantastic job. Claudio called us after 11:00 to say he was coming from a job in a different area, not Reston as he had stated in his text the previous evening. so now he has lied. He called at 12:30pm to say he was at our house, but we were not at home. I told him to leave immediately. We are fortunate that the schedulers were able to have Timothy come to save the day and gave us a 10% discount. He was not about to come until about 2:30pm, so our whole day was used for what should have been about a 90 minute appointment in the morning. If Timothy had been our original technician, my response to this question would have been a 10. Timothy was thorough, polite and respectful of our situation. He is a 10++. But the damage is done, our experience with Claudio had soured us on OxiFresh after many years of being customers. We will be hesitant to make an appointment next year, or refer anyone to your company based on what happened this week. LE. - Arlington, VA - 09/16/2022
