I don't feel like my carpet was well cleaned. It feels flat & I can still see traffic patterns. The owner/cleaner was only at my home for 1hr & 15 minutes and I do not feel that is long enough to clean 6 rooms properly. I am disappointed with the results. EM. - Charlottesville, VA - 08/14/2023
