I was told that the person coming was going to clean the whole carpet and then spot treat the stain. The carpet wasn't cleaned, just the stain. The stain is still there, but not the fault of the person cleaning. Maybe the person that I spoke with on the phone should not have told me that the whole rug was going to be cleaned.

Bryan does a great job! Professional, friendly, and carpets looked perfect. He's been her two times. The second time he was able to remove tar residue that had been tracked on a bedroom carpet. Highly recommend Bryan in Charlottesville VA.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment in a timely manner. Brian showed up exactly when he said he would. He has cleaned our carpets and rugs several times over the years and has always done an excellent job. The dining room rug had a number of stains, which he was able to remove. The products he uses worked and did not harm the rugs. Brian is knowledgeable about what to use or not to use on various fibers, such as wool. He is very trustworthy. We highly recommend OxiFresh.
