How Do We Do It?
When tile gets dirty, it can be frustrating. After all, you took care to sweep and mop, but dirt still clung to the tile. So, what is Oxi Fresh going to do that’s different? What’s our secret to erasing the impacted grime that no amount of mopping could erase? Let’s break down our process.
Step 1 – Before each cleaning, your technician walks the property and inspects the areas they’ll be treating. We want to make sure there are no issues like damaged tile or cracked grouting that could affect the results.
Step 2 – Our technicians vacuum the tile to remove insoluble debris (grit that products can’t break down).
Step 3 – After that, our team applies the Oxi Stone Cleaner. This product quickly breaks down the oils and dirt that cling to the tile’s surface.
Step 4 – As that product works, the cleaner then agitates that tile, further accelerating the breaking down of the dirt. In large areas, they’ll use our OF2000, a machine that combines product application, agitation and extraction. In smaller areas, they’ll use our OF1000. Both machines use special tile brushes to thoroughly but safely scrub the floor.
Step 5 – After the product and scrubbing has broken down the grime, the technician will extract the residual product. If, at this stage, there are heavily stained grout lines, they’ll treat those with our special Oxi Restore process. This more intense treatment will aggressively break down those stains to get your grout looking grand.
Step 6 – Lastly, we offer an additional grout protectant service. If you choose to get this done, the technician will apply the product to your grout lines, helping that more porous material to avoid absorbing spills and grime.
