The Oxi Fresh Wood Floor Cleaning Method
Oxi Fresh is proud to employ a modern wood floor cleaning system, one that maximizes results and convenience for our customers. But what exactly is that process?
Let’s dive down into how we make wood floors look grand once more:
Step 1 – Every cleaning starts with a thorough examination process. We’ll walk the property and carefully check the floors for heavy soiling and problem areas.
Step 2 – Using our gold-rated equipment, we’ll vacuum the wood floors. This preps them for cleaning by removing insoluble debris and grit that could damage the wood.
Step 3 – At this point, we bring in the OF2000. This cleaning machine combines product application, agitation, and extraction. It allows us to use powerful but safe solutions on the wood without overexposing the material to water.
The first solution we’ll treat the wood floors with is our pretreatment. This highly-effective product will rapidly break apart oils and dirt.
Step 4 – Using the OF2000 again, we’ll apply our main cleaning solution, which further breaks up dirt and neutralizes any remaining product. As the machine extracts this solution, it leaves the wood floor looking grand.
Step 5 – After the cleaning, the customer can choose to get our Oxi Floor Refinisher. This water-based, urethane coating will help protect the wood and give it a lovely, semi-gloss sheen.
