Literally don't even believe this is a legitimate company. The reviews have to be fake. I call to set an appointment for today at 7:00am and it's 12:30pm and THE TECHNICIAN NEVER SHOWED. I had my furniture moved out of two rooms. I called 4 times and all I get is "we will send the tech a message". I find it hard to believe a company with 5 stars on every review wouldn't be able to get in touch with their technician. They called to confirm my appointment days ago and even sent texts. And today I get up at 5 am on my ONLY off day to move furniture for carpet cleaning and I never heard from anyone. The "call center" employees are literally no help. AG. - Pearland, TX - 03/23/2024
