I did a carpet cleaning with the Dallas location. I paid extra to have an odor removal done in one of the rooms to get rid of pet urine smell. Upon completion, the technician told us that the smell may not come out for six months and that it wasn’t an immediate smell removal. Confused, I reached out to the main Oxi Fresh office where they told me that the technician should not be telling us that and that the smell should be gone upon completion of the odor neutralizer. They told me that the office manager would be calling me back to resolve the issue. I’m not going on a week and still have not heard back. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt that maybe the smell would go away 1-2 days after, but it’s still lingering. If I would have known it would take six months to remove the smell, I would’ve gone with another establishment who could treat the issue in one visit. Especially when I paid extra for this service. I thought that Justin did a great job and everything turned out really well. My only complaint is that I have an 10foot runner at the end of my bed that I wanted cleaned, and it was, but the carpet underneath was not. He should ha moved it and not just cleaned around it.
