Very friendly and professional staff, great communication, and timely arrival. Skilled at caring for rugs of all types - quickly identified when they were overworking my silk and wool rug with the brushes and immediately self-regulated by going easier on it. The rug looks great! They also treated my synthetic shag rug and made the necessary adjustments that rug needed. I’ve been a repeat customer for a year and have been very pleased. They’ve done every rug in my house, as well as a sectional sofa and chair. Removed stains and left it looking clean and bright. I will only use Oxi Fresh of Dallas.

I liked the way it was done and what you used instead of steam. Mor importantly the guy who did it was awsome. Very concerned about making me happy and I liked him the moment we started talking. Give him a raise I introduced him to my neighbor since he bought a new house and needed the carpet cleaned Refreshing to see one with a good work ethic which is rare today
