First he didn’t even vacuum the dirt he just started spraying the soap or the liquid, I even asked he see if he can vacuum first so the dirt or dust can come off first and he can do the cleaning and he said no the machine he is using does that, but apparently it didn’t and he did the same thing for my area rug so there is still some stain, it’s just in general didn’t clean the carpet, I am a single woman no kids no pet or anything I keep everything clean in my place, long story short the stuff you post on Facebook and the actual service you provide it’s not the same this is just mh honest opinion

No chemical smell, took out all stains I couldn't get out, dried quickly, carpets look like new. Will do again and often. Price right too!
