How We Clean Hardwood

Step 1: We begin by checking the entire floor. We are looking for areas of heavy soiling as well as any damage. With Oxi Fresh, you are informed and kept in the loop when we find something.
Step 2: We will now vacuum your hardwood floor, removing grit and debris. This helps to protect the floor from abrasion during the cleaning process.
Step 3: The technician will now use the OF2000 to apply a pretreatment solution. This enzyme-powered solution will help by immediately beginning to break up the dirt and grime.
Step 4: The OF2000 is now used to apply our core cleaning solution. This revolutionary machine will also agitate the surface of the floor to help accelerate the cleaning.
Step 5: This step is optional, but we suggest you seriously consider it. We can now apply Oxi Floor Refinisher. This semi-gloss, temporary urethane coating will protect the floor from future grime.
